About the Racial Equity Commission

The Racial Equity Commission is now situated in the Governor’s Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation. 

First report to the Governor and Legislature is now due no later than December 31, 2026, and annually no later than December 31 thereafter. 

Racial equity framework now due to the Governor and Legislature no later than December 1, 2025.
