Racial Equity Resource Hub

Several years ago, the California Strategic Growth Council established a resource library for racial equity resources. As the Commission works to develop the racial equity framework and identifies supportive resources, please look at the resources SGC has pulled together.

Executive Order N-16-22

In 2022, Governor Newsom signed an executive order directing state agencies and departments to take additional actions to embed equity analysis and considerations in their mission, policies and practices, with the action helping expand opportunity for all by addressing disparities for historically underserved and marginalized communities.
